Term/Condition:
- Shirt ordering is open to all MARES members with active membership only (those who paid membership fee for year 2010).
Price:
- RM 120.00 per shirt.
Shirt Sizes:
- Shirt sizes are as shown in the above chart.
- For sizes other than the ones shown, please contact the project leader.
- Members are responsible to ensure the correct sizes are ordered.
Ordering:
- Orders can be made by contacting project leader Mazura 9W2MIT (012-9191943) or email to 9w2mit[a]mares.org.my
- Orders must be made no later than 14 Mar 2010.
- Orders are confirmed only when full payment is received by project leader.
- Order cancellation and payment refund will not be entertained after the closing date.
- If delivery by post is required, please add RM10.00 for shipping charges. Shipment tracking number will be provided.
- Please provide the following details when ordering:
. > Full Name
. > Contact Number
. > Name and callsign to be stitched on the shirt
. > Full address (if delivery by post is required)
. > Shirt size and quantity
. > Payment details
- Members are responsible to ensure order information is correct.
Payment Method:
1. Bank-In Payment
1.1 Deposit full amount into CIMB Account 14210066839523 (Mazura Muhammad).
1.2 Provide the following details to the project leader.
- Name
- Amount paid
- Deposit Slip Number/Transaction Code
- Date & Time of deposit
1.3 Project leader will provide a confirmation number upon confirmation of deposit.
2. Cash Payment
2.1 Pay full amount to project leader.
2.2 Project leader will provide a confirmation number.
Delivery:
- Shirt delivery will be approximately 1 month after the order closing date.

Dear MARES Friend,
Firstly, thank you for your support by ordering our new merchandise (MARES Shirt & T-shirt). Those that have ordered, your items is now being process and look forward to be ready by 23rd Feb.
For those that didn’t manage to make it by last 3rd Feb, you may still place your order through our web site before 30th of every month. However the items will be delivered within 30 days after the due-date and payment of deposit.
