Price: - RM 120.00 per shirt. Shirt Sizes: - Shirt sizes are as shown in the above chart. - For sizes other than the ones shown, please contact the project leader. - Members are responsible to ensure the correct sizes are ordered. Ordering: - Orders can be made by contacting project leader Mazura 9W2MIT (012-9191943) or email to 9w2mit[a]mares.org.my - Orders must be made no later than 14 Mar 2010. - Orders are confirmed only when full payment is received by project leader. - Order cancellation and payment refund will not be entertained after the closing date. - If delivery by post is required, please add RM10.00 for shipping charges. Shipment tracking number will be provided. - Please provide the following details when ordering: . > Full Name . > Contact Number . > Name and callsign to be stitched on the shirt . > Full address (if delivery by post is required) . > Shirt size and quantity . > Payment details - Members are responsible to ensure order information is correct.
